VPNBM PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy applies to the VPNBM marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains what data this service processes, why it is used, and how it is retained, and describes how users can request access, corrections, or deletion. Third-party payment pages are governed by their own privacy policies.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. This service does not require an email address during registration. If users voluntarily provide an email address or other personal information when contacting support, that information is used only to handle the request. Please remove any details unrelated to the issue before submitting it.
Account details are used for authentication, subscription management, and access control. Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction identifier, and refund outcome. They are used to verify entitlements, resolve payment issues, and address billing disputes. Subscription traffic usage is used to calculate allowances and is not a record of websites visited.
Support ticket content is used to investigate issues reported by users. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, or complete subscription URLs. Please obscure any account-identifying details in screenshots before sending them.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling
VPNBM does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content, lists of destination addresses, or DNS query history, or build browsing histories linked to accounts. This service does not persistently store per-connection logs, including combinations of source addresses, destination addresses, and connection times that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity.
While a connection is active, data forwarding and temporary session state must be processed. This is different from retaining access logs. Temporary state is used only to establish, maintain, and end the current connection; it is not archived as a history of user activity. Account traffic measurements, order records, and support ticket details are not browsing logs and are handled separately for the purposes described in this policy.
Fault reports submitted by users may contain destination details or error information. This information is part of a support request and does not become an ongoing access record.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Analytics for the marketing website help us understand page visits, referral categories, device and browser categories, and how visitors use page entry points. Analytics cover pages on the official website, not the content accessed through subscription connections. This service does not use analytics data to reconstruct a list of websites users visit over international routes.
Cookies and browser local storage may be used to maintain sessions, save language preferences, and retain necessary interface settings. User panel login credentials are stored locally in the browser for subsequent authentication. Avoid keeping a logged-in session on shared devices.
Users can restrict cookies or clear site storage through their browser settings. After clearing storage, users may need to log in again, and saved interface preferences will return to their defaults. Clearing local storage does not delete account or order data held on the server.
Third-Party Payments and Disclosure
This service supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment channel or transaction network, which determines the applicable identity verification and transaction rules. VPNBM receives the transaction identifier, amount, and payment result needed to verify orders. Users are not asked to submit payment account passwords through support tickets.
This service does not sell users' personal data. Necessary information is provided to relevant processors only when required to provide the service, handle user requests, or meet applicable legal obligations. When disclosure is legally required, the scope of the request is reviewed, and disclosure is limited to data actually held.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained while account services are provided. Order, refund, and support ticket records are retained only for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. Retention requirements vary by data type, so this policy does not set one fixed retention period. When the purpose has been fulfilled and no further retention is necessary, the relevant data will be deleted or de-identified.
Users can submit requests to access or correct data, or delete an account, through user panel support tickets. This service will verify account ownership and explain what can be handled. Deleting an account affects login, subscription management, and access to future order information. Before submitting a request, confirm that no entitlements are still needed.
Records that must be retained by law or to resolve an outstanding dispute will not be removed immediately just because an account is deleted. Such records are used only for the relevant purpose.
Policy Updates and User Feedback
This service protects the data it holds through access controls and necessary security measures. Users should also keep their account credentials secure and report any unusual activity through a support ticket.
Policy updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the beginning will be revised. Material changes to processing purposes or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. For questions about this policy, visit the support page to find contact options. Rights and responsibilities for subscription services are covered separately in the Terms of Service.
