ROUTE / CONDITIONS
Route Selection
When choosing a route, start with the exit region, network topology, and client support, then compare performance at the times you plan to use it. A nearby route is not always more reliable, and a protocol name is no substitute for testing. Compare the app you want to use on the same device and network, checking connection setup, sustained transfers, and changes during peak evening hours. If something goes wrong, identify whether the issue is with your local network, the route, or the app before adjusting your choice.
SUPPORT / EVIDENCE
Troubleshooting
Submit connection issues through a support ticket in the user panel. Include your platform, the client error message, selected route, and the time of the issue so the conditions can be checked. Share only the error details needed for troubleshooting, and remove passwords and subscription credentials. Plan details, traffic resets, and upgrade rules are listed on the plans page. This service offers a 14-day money-back guarantee; eligibility and handling details are covered in the Terms of Service.
